Product Description

This David Willson original watercolor cartoon was painted for the Palm Beach Daily News and ran as the editorial cartoon on May 1, 1994. The population of Palm Beach explodes during the winter months, when the social season is in full swing. After Easter, the snowbirds fly back up north. But oddly, it never seems to be a gradual migration. Sometime between the middle of April and May, those of us who are year-round residents suddenly realize that the roads and stores are empty. Poof!

This cartoon was republished in David’s Cartoonistry column on April 17, 2013 when he wrote about the phenomenon.
